Return & Exchange Policy

Al Fardan Jewellery offers complimentary return shipping for creations eligible for return in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Al Fardan Jewellery reserves the right to decline any return that is not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below.

Orders placed online may be exchanged and online store credit issued within fourteen (14) days that the creation was delivered. The online store credit is valid for 3 months based on the exact value of the initial purchase. Creations must be presented in their original packaging and accompanied by the original sales invoice.

All original product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be in perfect condition and returned with the creation. Any creations returned without original documentation, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted.

Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, made to order creations or that show signs of wear and tear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or an exchange.

Once the item is returned and inspected by Al Fardan Jewellery, the equivalent amount to the creation’s price will be returned as an e-store credit, i.e., voucher with a 3 month expiration date that can be utilized on our website.

At the discretion of Al Fardan Jewellery, any Creation returned outside of the deadline for returns will not be accepted.

Al Fardan Jewellery monitors the number and condition of Creations returned and orders cancelled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our Terms and Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Al Fardan Jewellery account or future orders being refused.
