Shipping Policy
1. Order Delivery Within UAE:
We offer complimentary shipping to all locations within the United Arab Emirates. To make your shopping experience with Al Fardan Jewellery as smooth as possible, please take note of the following details:
Cut-off Timings:
- Orders placed by 12 pm (UAE time) from Monday to Sunday are eligible for next day delivery.
- If you're in Abu Dhabi, you can also opt for a same day delivery service.
- Orders submitted after the cut-off time and on UAE public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Areas:
- Next day delivery is available in Dubai, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, Hatta, RAK, Sharjah, UAK, Ar Rams, and Jebel Ali.
- Deliveries to specific locations (Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, and Dibba Al Fujairah) are only available on Sundays and Thursdays.
Delivery Attempts:
- For security reasons, we require direct customer handover for all deliveries.
- Al Fardan Jewellery will make two delivery attempts to reach you.
- Please note that we do not deliver to military addresses, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.
Boutique Pick-up:
- We offer a free boutique pick-up option.
- You will be notified via email or telephone when your product is ready for pick-up at the boutique.

2. Order Delivery to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
For your shipments to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), please take note of the following:
- Shipments to KSA typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
- Estimated taxes are charged to cover all costs associated with the shipment, including custom duty and any applicable taxes in KSA, such as VAT (value added tax).
3. Customized & Out of Stock Order Delivery:
For special customizations, engraving, creations that are out of stock or that require resizing, AFJ would be able to deliver within 2 weeks after the order is placed and full payment is received.
4. General Delivery Conditions:
Delivery timelines are estimates only. It is our strong commitment to meet the expected delivery mentioned in our order confirmation, however time is not of the essence.
- Should your order not be delivered within 30 days of confirmation, we will issue a full refund.
- Failure to deliver due to the customer's unavailability will not be our responsibility.
- During promotional activities, sales seasons and holidays, same-day and next-day delivery may not be available.
- We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if your order is not accepted at the provided address on the confirmed delivery date.
5. Return & Exchange Policy:
Al Fardan Jewellery offers complimentary return shipping for creations eligible for return in accordance with our Terms and Conditions . This service is only available in UAE.
Al Fardan Jewellery reserves the right to decline any return that is not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below.
Return Window:
- Online orders can be exchanged, and online store credit issued within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
- The online store credit is valid for 3 months and is equivalent to the initial purchase value.
Conditions:
- Creations must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- Clients from KSA are responsible for the return fee, payable to our designated shipping partner, DHL.
Restrictions on Returns:
- Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, made-to-order creations, or those showing signs of wear and tear cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is inspected, an equivalent e-store credit, with a 3-month expiration date, will be issued.
- At the discretion of Al Fardan Jewellery, any creation returned outside of the deadline for returns will not be accepted.
Non-compliance:
- Al Fardan Jewellery monitors returns and order cancellations.
- Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our Terms and Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Al Fardan Jewellery account or future orders being refused.
