At Al Fardan Fine Jewellery, every creation is handled with the care it deserves — from our boutique to your door, wherever in the world that may be.
Due to current regional circumstances, delivery timelines may experience slight delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every effort is being made to ensure your order arrives with the utmost care and efficiency.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to all destinations across the United Arab Emirates. Every creation is dispatched in Al Fardan Fine Jewellery's signature packaging, fully insured and handled with the utmost care. The details below apply to items available for immediate dispatch; for pre-order pieces please refer to the delivery information on the product page.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon UAE time, Monday through Sunday, qualify for next-day delivery.
- Abu Dhabi residents may also select same-day delivery at checkout.
- Orders placed after the cut-off or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Next-day delivery is available across Dubai, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, Hatta, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ar Rams, and Jebel Ali.
- Selected remote areas — Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, and Dibba Al Fujairah — are served on Sundays and Thursdays only.
- We do not deliver to military addresses, restricted zones, parcel collection points, or PO boxes.
- For the security of your creation, all deliveries require direct handover to the recipient. We will make two delivery attempts; if unsuccessful, the order will be held pending further instruction.
- Complimentary boutique collection is available. You will be notified by email or telephone once your piece is ready.
We ship to all GCC countries and destinations worldwide via our trusted courier partners. All orders are fully insured in transit, ensuring your creation is protected from our boutique to your door.

- We deliver to Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar via our international courier partners.

- All international shipments are fully insured. Tracking information will be provided by our shipping partner upon dispatch.
This section covers three categories of orders that fall outside standard immediate dispatch.
- Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 7–10 working days from order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page and in your order confirmation.
- Creations requiring engraving, custom sizing, or that are made-to-order are crafted following confirmation of your order and receipt of full payment.
- Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion and dispatch. Our team will keep you updated throughout.
All delivery timelines are estimates. While we are committed to meeting confirmed dates, these are indicative and not contractually binding.
- A tracking number will be provided by our shipping partner upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
- All orders require payment in full prior to dispatch.
- Should your order not arrive within 30 days of confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
- We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from the recipient's unavailability.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, and public holidays, same-day and next-day delivery may be subject to delay.
- A re-delivery fee may apply if a confirmed delivery is refused or uncollected at the specified address.
We want you to love your creation. Should you wish to return or exchange a piece, please review the conditions below. Al Fardan Fine Jewellery reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
- Online orders may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months and reflects the original purchase value.
- Pieces must be returned in their original packaging with the original sales invoice.
- Complimentary return shipping is available for eligible UAE orders only. Clients outside the UAE — including GCC countries, Saudi Arabia, and all international destinations — are responsible for arranging and covering their own return courier fees. We recommend using a trackable, insured service such as DHL.
- Engraved, embossed, personalised, or made-to-order creations.
- Pieces showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Items purchased as final sale.
- Upon receipt and inspection, an e-store credit with 3-month validity will be issued to your account. Please note that Al Fardan Fine Jewellery does not offer cash or card refunds — all returns are settled as store credit only.
- Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
- We monitor return and cancellation patterns. Repeated returns or breaches of our Terms & Conditions may result in account review or refusal of future orders, at our discretion.
